I wasn't always a shaman. In fact, I didn't realize I had this ability until about 10-12 years AFTER the signs started popping up in my life.
The signs - were symptoms of depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
I was diagnosed, treated, and medicated for these disorders for 10 years before I found another way.
On my blog and YouTube channel, I've shared tons of techniques that have really helped me release the energy causing the symptoms.
I've talked about what it all means, how it works, and things that I have done that have WORKED to heal it. I've shared my own experiences.
In this post, I've compiled all those resources in one place.

You may be thinking that this is too overwhelming to start, that it's not possible for you, or that you aren't capable of doing all this healing yourself.
It is possible for you. I know, because I've done it.
Start small. Choose ONE THING. Begin implementing it into your life. Then, when it feels comfortable and natural for you, add another. Don't try and do it all at once. Cut yourself some slack and give it time.
