How to Find a Shaman - 3 Easy Ways to Find a Healer

3 places to look when you need to find a shamanic practitioner near you.

Need to find a shaman? Here are the top 3 places to look:

1. My Mini-Directory

Over a year ago, I connected with several shamanic practitioners to create a blog post full of inspirational tips. In doing so, I also cultivated a list of healers and shamanic practitioners that I would personally be honored to work with. Great people, these guys. I'd start here if it were me, and you can gain some inspiration while doing it!

2. Shaman Links

An incredibly organized free directory where shamanic teachers and practitioners are listed nationally by state, and internationally by country. Any practitioner can list here, there are no fees to join or participate, which makes it a very comprehensive list of practitioners from many lineages. The site host, Lauren Torres, is a shamanic practitioner herself and also hosts many informative articles and blogs on this site as well. A wealth of information.

3. Shaman Portal

This is a kind of an "all things shamanism site," and is not exclusive to shamanic healer listings. But, if you head over to the site and go to the top of the page where it says "Shaman Links," you'll find a directory. It is sorted alphabetically by name of site/practitioner. It's also free to list here, making it a comprehensive directory, but you'll have to do a bit more digging to find a practitioner near you by visiting individual websites. This website also lists upcoming workshops, trainings, and all things shaman learning!

There you have it! My top 3 selections for finding a shamanic practitioner near you.
